During the pandemic, many of us were forced to stay at home and work in front of a computer and via video. That’s what inspired Fellowes to conduct a study to understand the impact on our body, our mind and our well-being of working in front of a computer for long hours.
There a re many things you can do to better care to your health at work :
– introducing movement with a sit-stand solution
– Ensuring your workstations are properly set up
– Have stretching & Breathing pauses
– Practice Sophrology exercises which help to become more conscious of your body position and needs
– Have Yin yoga sessions to stretch muscles, fascias, tendons and restore ton & energy flow to your skeleton
All this will help to reduce the risk of work-related musculoskeletal injuries and other illnesses.
