Reduce Stress – What does it mean?

To Reduce the stress associated with a situation, it must be addressed in the body and in the head.

That means:

  • Take a step back and appeal to reason: Is my reaction normal? adequate? What is really stressing me out in this situation? Which emotions arise?
  • Take a pause, observe your body, your breath
  • Learn techniques to calm the body symptoms and the mind
  • Pay attention to you lifestyle
  • Go step by step to gradually calm your mind and trigger less warning signals. One small objective after another.
