
To guide a manager develop his/her leadership, it exist many different ways.
I propose to act on several points:
– Better know him/herself: Talents/Weak points/ Reaction under stress / Dominant Emotions/ Work environment
– Give tools to decode employee behavior, to build and operate a team, to make appropriate decisions for each situation, to bring about change, to share a vision and explain challenges, to create a dynamic, to support talents and high potentiel leaders
– Allow pauses for reflection, step back and recharge de batteries
